Camille Serra
McClelland --Totally resisted the scrapboking craze for
as long as I could. but I just couldn't seems to escape
it. Shortly after my husband and I were married in 1996 my
inlaws opened a local scrapbook store in Texas and we helped
set the store up and get things running. Eight years and
three kids later we found ourselves in Boise Idaho. I
had started a specialty fulfillment company, and picked up a
contract with Chatterbox to liquidate their excess and
damaged inventory. Then after seeing a lot of premade
scrapbook pages selling on eBay, I thought, "I can do that"
and I started an online design team called Pocket Full of
Papers (June 2006), and presided over the group for about 2
years. The group is over 4 years old now and still going
strong.I started creating
shapped acrylic albums and design kits, and sold them
exclusively though my blog. I
also am a design team member for Teresa Collins, which has
been amazing and challenging. Forcing me to think
outside the box, and always design with innovation in mind.I
am also currently a staff member of Brave girls Club,
an art and healing retreat for women and I feel so
incredibly blessed by the amazing women I have been able to
meet and form bonds of friendship with I love it. Apart
from my creative side, I am the operations manager for
a Railroad Consulting Firm, I still own and operate my
fulfillment company, and I work as a seamstress and
florist. Um yes, I am one of those people who can't breath
without having a million things going on at once. It
keeps my mind occupied, which is a really good thing.
Above all I am the mother to three of the most amazing
children. They own my heart. I would do anything for
them.I am so happy to be able to design for Scarlet Lime,
and so happy to call Christy my friend.
